Why Womb Awakening?

Many women live disconnected from the deeper intelligence of their body — especially the womb space.

This disconnection often shows up as:

  • living mostly in the mind
  • difficulty sensing direction or inner truth
  • emotional numbness or overwhelm
  • repeating relationship or life patterns
  • a sense of being “cut off” from feminine depth

The womb is not only a physical organ.
 It is a center of perception, memory, and inner orientation.

When awareness gently returns to this space, clarity, regulation and inner coherence begin to restore.

This retreat creates the conditions for that reconnection — through presence, embodiment, ritual and careful guidance.

An Embodied, Trauma-Aware Approach

Few retreats integrate body-based, womb energy practice and earth connection such as we do. 

The work is:

  • Embodied & initiatory: sacred feminine teachings combined with grounded ritual, breath, movement.
  • Shadow-aware: meeting the un-felt, un-spoken, un-loved parts of the womb field.
  • Integrated with the land: immersion at Cathar sites (Rennes-les-Bains, Bugarach, Rennes-le-Chateau…)
  • Anchored in divine feminine lineage: Magdalene, Isis, Cathar feminine, female ancestors

Held by the Land

The Cathar region of Southern France carries a long history of feminine spirituality, devotion and remembrance.

These lands were shaped by:

  • ancient earth-based traditions
  • feminine spiritual lineages
  • the legacy of Mary Magdalene and the Black Madonna

Many women describe a deep sense of coming home here.

The land itself becomes an ally in the process — offering grounding, containment and depth.

A DAY IN THE RETREAT

While the feminine field asks for flexibility, a general rhythm supports safety and integration.

This is an intense and deeply transformative journey.
