Mission

At Red Tara Tree, we create spaces where women and men can reconnect with their bodies, awaken their creative power, and live from the truth of their soul.
Rooted in ancient feminine wisdom and inspired by the sacred landscapes of the Cathar region, our retreats, trainings, and one-on-one sessions weave together deep inner work, energy awareness, and connection to nature.
Our mission is to guide people to embody their wholeness—healing old wounds, restoring balance between the feminine and masculine within, and remembering the wisdom that has always been theirs.

Vision

We envision a world where the feminine is honored equally with the masculine—within each person, in relationships, and in the wider culture.
A world where every human being feels at home in their body, trusts their inner voice, and lives from a place of connection, integrity, and joy.
Through our work, we aim to contribute to this new paradigm: one that remembers the earth as sacred, values the wisdom of the heart and the womb, and recognizes that true transformation begins from within.
